Senoir Technical Support - Queensland
This position is located at our Loganholme branch, full time Monday to Friday and reporting directly to the Queensland managerYour primary duties will be:
- High quality and knowledgeable technical support for technicians both in person and on the phone
- Support and back up for the sales team and other support personnel
The successful candidate will ideally have:
- Vast experience with Inner Range Concept 4000 or similar product
- Experience supporting commercial CCTV systems
- IT networking skills
- Experience with micro-controller based hardware systems
- Building Management / Building automation (BMS, SCADA) experience
- Excellent fault finding and debugging skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills
