CSD Price matching policy for August 2008:
CSD will match competitor’s current prices on Paradox equipment in Australia.

The terms and conditions of the policy are as follows:
  • The competitor price must be a universal price transparently offered to all customers, not a customer specific special or project price
  • CSD may choose to impose the same terms offered by competitors relating to the advertised price such as minimum volume purchases etc
  • The competitor price must be advertised in print or on a universally accessible web-page
  • The competitor price must be current
  • The advertised item must be available for immediate purchase in the state for which the price-match is being requested
  • The advertised price must be above CSD cost. (CSD cost includes item cost, shipping costs, duties, inventory holding costs)
  • The policy is restricted to items for which CSD currently have in stock and available for immediate purchase
  • The policy is offered to integrators and security installers
  • The policy is not available to other wholesalers or CSD customers who intend to resell the equipment to other integrators and security installers
