CSD to be the Exclusive Distributor of Paradox in Australia!

Dear CSD and Paradox customers,

I am proud to announce that CSD will be the exclusive distributor of Paradox in Australia.

CSD have received notification from Paradox that from September 15 2009, CSD will be the only distributor in Australia able to supply Paradox equipment.

CSD are grateful to Paradox for giving us this opportunity and thankful to those customers who have supported our Paradox marketing initiatives.

CSD have been given exclusive distribution for the following reasons:
- Prior to the existence of CSD, Paradox were exploring new distribution options in Australia. Paradox dominate the majority of markets they compete in globally and thus were unsatisfied with the relatively minor profile they have in Australia.
- Since taking on the Paradox agency, CSD have worked very hard to build the profile of this great product range. CSD have spent significant resources in training our whole technical support and sales team, and offering monthly installer training at all of our branches.
- Most importantly we have proven that Paradox can grow in Australia, as we have successfully converted numerous new integrators to the Paradox range.

Existing Paradox customers can be assured:
- CSD are ready to support the full paradox range with training , technical and sales support.
- CSD will continue the competitive pricing which we have been offering.
